I am so happy to have my van back, and very thrilled to see it whole again. We were so impressed with how clean it was both inside and out, and it smelled good too! Thank you so much for getting it done ahead of schedule. Being a person who relies on a wheelchair for any mobility and /or independence getting my van back a day early meant a lot to us. This is a letter of commendation for the good service I received at the Lacey Collision Center last month.
On Nov 11, while waiting in line for a light to change, my vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle insured with GEICO Insurance company. I brought my Ford Escape to your facility for a repair estimate, which was about $1900.
We Scheduled the car in for repair on Nov. 19, with a Nov. 21 completion date. One of your staff kept me posted on the repair progress, and the car was ready for pick-up on schedule. The repairs looked great.

This letter is a report on how pleased I was with the recent repairs on my 2004 Ranger pickup. The pick up was damaged during the January winter storm. I reported the claim to your office manager and picked Lacey Collision Center as the firm to provide the repairs.
I was totally satisfied with the workmanship and speedy repairs. This company has well trained technicians and management. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
While picking up my truck I locked my keys in the vehicle with the motor running. It was exactly 5:00 pm "quit time". However, one of the management staff called a tow vehicle who could unlock the truck. Within one/half hour the problem was solved at no additional charge.
I call this courtesy and service beyond the call of duty. It is refreshing to find these two qualities still in existence.
You can be sure that if anyone talks to me about needing vehicle repairs, they will be given a sale talk and told to go directly to Lacey Collision Center, Inc.

I wish to commend the entire staff at Lacey Collision Center for their professionalism and their kindness when dealing with people that come to your business. I can imagine most people being upset and at times angry about the circumstances that brought them to you.
I know I wasn't real thrilled that my car needed your services. The gal at the front desk were extremely kind and assured me my car will survive and the shop personell were "the best". Gary Vorous was the appraiser. He explained all the repairs that needed to be done and why. He assured me again of the excellence of the staff and he kept me informed on the progress of tlhe repairs and when completed went over the car with me and answered all questions. He is a gem!! (a definite keeper) The car looks brand new.
I told Gary I hope we do not have to "meet again" but if so Lacey Collision is the only choice for me.
I understand a new center is coming soon. I would highly recommend the hirees be trained by the Lacey Collision Center personnel from front desk to shop. Good insurance it will be a big success.
